Tomorrow's my Sweet Sixteen!! wootwoot~
I was hoping to celebrating it at home, this year, but it turns out it's gonna be in Thunder Bay. We're leaving any time now (camping somewhere in the area), and we'll be staying until Sunday night so we can watch the RCMP [Royal Canadian Mounted Police xD;] Musical Horse Show things.. Kind of like synchronized swimming, only with horses. xD Should be fun. ^^

For those who were wondering, camping this past week was fun. xP Although we did go back and forth between home and the park, it was still a nice experience. I haven't been to Rainbow Falls in two years and geez have I missed that place. ;_; It's so tiny but it's awesome. Ang came to sleep over the last two nights and we went for quite a few bike rides, went to see the waterfalls, went canoeing, played GBA.. lmao xD And cooked marshmallows, of course!! mm. What's camping without roasted marshmallows and smores? But yeah, we had a fun time. ^^

hrm.. I'm not really sure what else to blog about. Other than the fact that I've been getting more into the mood of drawing. =o I'll probably draw some over the weekend and scan some to post here. ;D

But anyway! I hope that tomorrow will be fun. =p I mean who doesn't want to have fun on their birthday? I just hope that I'll be able to use the computers in Future Shop so I can blog or check my e-mail or something. ;P Well, see you guys later~ ^^

Just leaving a short note to say that I'm going be gone camping until this Friday. x3 *excited* I haven't been to Rainbow Falls in the longest time. ;_; Since like.. a good two years! Ah well. Better get going. baibai ;D

HAPPY CANADA DAY, folks~ At least to those Canadians who are possibly reading this. xD; Well, Canada has been a Nation since July 1, 1867. That makes it 138 years since Confederation! Woot for Canada! <3 haha. I can't really say how proud I am to be Canadian. I love this country because it's just so.. awesome xD I mean we're multi-cultural, officially bilingual, and just the fact that Canada stands out in the world (in a good way o-o) makes me proud. I don't really know how else to describe it.

Okay. So we have a great country. What about the festivities? Would I have loved to be in Ottawa today. It's gotta be crazy down there.. unlike the middle-of-nowhere town I live in. We never did ANYTHING today to celebrate. There used to be parades and stuff.. but I guess since our population has been dwindling, there isn't much participation anymore. All the 'celebrations' are held in the neighbouring town, where there's this huge beach party tonight. We're only going to see the fireworks, though. From the highway at that. xD I hope they're worth it. T_T And geez. Doesn't this paragraph just make the country look good? >> *shoots her town's lazyness*

In case you were wondering, yes, this pic was taken in the bathroom. And NO, there was no one in the shower or anything. -_- In case anyone would actually think of that. But yeah. So I suck at taking pictures. Sue me. u_u;

About the trip to Thunder Bay. Well, first of all, it went pretty well. ^^ I didn't buy a heck of a lot this time, but that's excluding my smexy new clothes. ;3 I have a few different shirts for work-wear, some 'proper' pants for Church/Reading, and a couple of cute graphic tee's. x3 One of them features Felix the Cat, while the other has Tweety Bird and his famous saying. xD hehe. Apart from that, I bought myself this book called "Tell it to Naomi" for something to read over the summer. It's about this highschool sophomore boy who runs the advice column for his school, and wants to win a senior girl's heart through it. I dunno it seemed decent enough. xD So why not? I'll post my comments on it when I get further in the book *only read the first two pages T_T*

And I didn't actually have that eye appointment. I thought my mom scheduled them, but I guess not. =/ heh. I was kind of curious to see how my eyes are now that I have glasses. =x Ah well, I'm gonna go find something else to do now. Salut~

WOW. Have I ever missed blogging. xD School's been out for about a week and I only get this thing up now. Sure took a while to code the layout though.. kept changing some things around. Hope whoever's reading this actually likes it. xD And that flower is actually Ontario's Provincial Flower. Isn't it perdy~?

But anyway. xD For those who are curious about what happened while I was gone, it was pretty much all final end-of-the-year stuff. XD; In Career Studies we had this culminating activity and I semi-procrastinated on it. It took me a while to finish it up so I was all stressed about it during class, did a half-ass résumé and I got 99% out of the whole thing. Got one mark docked off because I put the "Globe and Mail" for an Ottawa job. xD whoops. I ended up with a 97 in that class so I'm happy. xD In Computers, I didn't exactly get the chance to finish the School Website (which I'll be working on this summer, hopefully gonna get it uploaded in the fall), did semi-good job on my personal website, and I finished the class with a 90 or 92 I believe. As for exams: Math went great. I finished all the questions except the last one, which was worth like 5 marks but even if I get everything else right I'll pass the exam with a 95. I just froze on it but now that I look back it's like "wtf? T_T How could I not get it.." Finally, the Science exam was so fricken easy it's not even funny. I was worried SICK about this exam because I really wanted to keep my mark in the 80's (went into the exam with an 80, meaning I had to get a 80-90%+ to keep it there). The morning before exams I read over all of my tests and quizzes. Turns out that saved my ass. EVERY single question was from our tests. xDD So yeah, I'm pretty confident about that too. I went over the tests again after the exam and got everything right except for one or two questions which were worth like one mark. =p Now I just gotta hope on the sight passage, which I worked my ass off on. >>;;

whew. Well, exam review day is tomorrow, but I'm going to be gone to Thunder Bay for an Eye Appointment. I'm gonna get Ang to look at my exams and tell me my mark later, but my mom called the school today and they said that I could look at it next week or something.

Lately I've actually become addicted to Pokemon Leaf Green for GBA. x_x My friend and I started playing the games (she borrowed my sister's Fire Red) and now we're hooked on catching all the pokemon. xD lmao it's kinda sad, really. We've been playing the game nearly 24/7 because there's nothing better to do now that school is out.

._. *stares at the huge post she just wrote* wow xD okay well just ONE last thing: I finally got my hair cut! It's four inches shorter - in other words, it's at my shoulders now. There's quite a few layers, and I also have bangs (but they don't go over my forehead). XD I <3 it~ Maybe I'll take pictures later. ;p

Alright well I'd better get going before I get carpel tunnel syndrome (sp?). T_T Night~
